This episode I wanna talk about when you don’t feel like you.
I hear this from so many women. They tell me, they used to feel good, they used to do fun things and hobbies and exercise and go out and try new things.
Then they get into a habit of drinking wine and then before they even realize it they don’t feel like themselves.
They feel stuck in a rut, they just want to drink wine at night, they tell me it’s just automatic sometimes they don’t even think about it.
They aren’t inspired, they don’t get out there and do the things, sometimes their homes get cluttered, they don’t exercise anymore, their relationships just feel flat.
And then they tell me they just want to feel like themselves again.
And instantly I know that they have lost that connection with themselves and the process of getting them back to knowing themselves and enjoying themselves is what is required to permanently stop over-drinking.
