Have you had this thought before?

It doesn’t matter?

Maybe when you say you won’t drink during the week and it’s a Tuesday or maybe when you say you won’t eat after dinner.. 'it doesn’t matter.’

Or maybe you say you want to start exercising 3-4 days a week and it’s the day you planned to go for a run or walk outside and you passively think ‘it doesn’t matter.’

It’s those quick, quiet, whisper thoughts, that can be the most detrimental. It’s not typically the big deeply covered thoughts like ‘i’m not worthy’ that keep us from our goals, it’s the little ‘it doesn’t matter and who cares thoughts that cause the most trouble.

Because we think them all the damn time.
