Ep 289 Grief, Sunrises and Changing Plans
This podcast episode is an update on the Sober Sunrise Project, grief surrounding the unexpected and sudden loss of my sister in-law, Teresa, and being flexible on changing plans.
I share the importance of taking care of yourself no matter what unexpected or difficult thing happens in your life.
I also share why learning to process your feelings is so important so that you can call on your tools during difficult times when you need the tools the most.
And my thoughts on how drinking during difficult times makes things so much worse and I have found a deeper gratitude for my sobriety in this time and it has helped me find gratitude everyday even when things feel so sad.
Take care of yourself friends, your life matters and your goals matter and I'm here to help you figure this out!
