  1. Acknowledge 'I am feeling like I don't feel like it' name how that feels and consciously engage with it, breathe, and process.
  2.  Ask this question: Do I want to be someone who doesn't do something because I don't feel like it?  
  3.  Ask this question: What is a really easy thing I can do right now that will move me forward - THEN DO  IT!
