In this episode, I take you into your body.

When you can connect with your body and breath, it gives your mind a break from all the uncertain thoughts, which is what you might have used alcohol for.

You'll want to be in a quiet distraction free setting where you can sit and also have a journal or notebook handy.

I guide you through 2 simple breathing exercises that will help you get out of fight or flight response and calm your nervous system. 

And then once you are more grounded I teach you a way to connect with your mind that will help you believe in the certainty you already have in this present moment.
