Important Details:

Travel: You'll handle your own airfare and transportation to Palm Springs. We will arrange 1 airport transfer to and from the retreat house, if you arrive outside of that window, you will get yourself to the retreat house via Uber/Lyft (15 minute ride).
Commitment: This is a 100% sober retreat—no alcohol to be consumed during your stay, even outside of group gathering times.  Although, you don't have to claim sobriety or be sober, this is a 100% alcohol free retreat. You should commit to not drinking at least a week before your arrival, so you can enjoy all the benefits of a clear mind and open heart and can absorb all the magic this retreat has to offer you.

*The hike is considered moderate, you should be able to walk/hike 4-5 miles comfortably with some elevation over uneven, rocky surfaces and carry at least 2 liters of water.

"When I originally heard about Angela's sober retreat, I thought, "no way could I ever do that, I mean all inclusive in CANCUN and no drinks"???
